Derek Toffer is an executive of Anvil Corporation responsible for the company’s Sales and Marketing groups and a member of Anvil’s executive leadership team. Derek has responsibility for Anvil’s client account management program, external marketing, and overall customer experience.
Derek has also been responsible for managing major accounts for global engineering firms such as Shell Oil, Rio Tinto Plc, and Renewable Energy Corporation. He was the General Director and Country Manager for Fluor in Kazakhstan responsible for country wide sales and operations of 400 employees. Derek has more than 25 years of experience in account management, sales, engineering, project management, construction, and technology across industries including petrochemical production, pipelines, steel, refining, foods, telecommunications, plastics, manufacturing, chemicals, paper, government, mining and industrial applications. Derek has written several articles for professional publication related to development of operator interfaces to control complex manufacturing facilities, utilization of GIS and survey technology to improve project development schedules, and on maintenance and asset effectiveness. Derek is a graduate of the California State University with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a minor in Business. |
