Elizabeth Griffin advocates for a joint data + design strategy as critical for architecting, operationalizing, and measuring end-to-end customer experiences. She has spent nearly 20 years helping global tech brands break down organizational silos between marketing, operations, and service to build experiences that fuel passionate fans and solve key business problems.
Elizabeth has worked internally and as a consultant for major consumer brands including Microsoft, Samsung, HTC, and Nintendo among others. Her customer experience design projects include building a global multi-channel service architecture and business organization, Interface design, customer self-service tool suites, and CRM data infrastructure design. She led the client business team that co-developed SAP’s first digital-CRM + service product: SAP Cloud for Service and Cloud for Social Media Analytics and Engagement. |
