Who should attend?
The programs are designed for individuals and/or teams who influence change at their firm, and who are empowered to drive new initiatives within their organization. Because it is interdisciplinary, it is appropriate for a diverse background of individuals, including but not limited to the following functional roles: sales executives, marketing or brand managers, product management, IT, finance, operations, and legal.
When do the programs begin?
The programs are rolling admissions, meaning you can register at any time and start at any time.
Do I receive academic credit?
At this time, we do not offer academic credits for program completion.
How long will it take to complete a program?
An online program can be completed on your own schedule. We suggest completing one module a week, finishing in 8 weeks.
How much time should I expect to spend in the coursework?
For the both the online Design Thinking Program and CX Program, participants should plan to spend approximately 4 hours each module watching videos, completing exercises, and interacting with the faculty and peers.
Admissions & Tuition
Is there an application fee?
No, there is no application fee. Participants can apply online.
Are there any prerequisites or work experience required?
No, the course is designed for participants with no prior design thinking or CX knowledge and does not require any technical skills.
What is the cost of the program?
The in-person and online programs cost $4,995 each. The price of both programs include the cost of all course materials and access to Executive Education Online Learning Portal. Group discounts are available for teams of 3 or more individuals.
What type of financial aid is available?
There are workforce training grants available to unemployed individuals and loans available through the Bellevue Federal Credit Union. Some companies offer tuition reimbursement. Scholarships are also available, please contact the program director for more information.
