John Burshek is President and Founder of Burshek Research and Consulting, an award-winning research and analytics firm helping companies succeed in facing their business challenges. Through his founding of NetRaker, Inc., he is known as one of the "founding fathers" of the Customer Experience revolution. NetRaker was the first SaaS market intelligence platform for Customer Experience Management and John's intellectual capital was the cornerstone for its market growth, numerous performance awards and eventual acquisition.
From this experience, John created the Customer Experience Success™ program, providing a complete toolkit of SaaS-based services, customer protocols and research methodologies to help companies link customer information and feedback to business results. John has also developed well-known industry specific ratings systems including Professional Services Client Satisfaction Program™ (accounting and consulting services), the Sustainability Purchasing Index™ (sustainable procurement), and the Analytics Maturity Assessment™ (International Institute for Analytics’ maturity model for data and analytics). John's expertise spans three decades of implementing programs resulting in successful market launches of products and services and implementation of 360° scorecard-based rating systems for VC-funded start-ups to Fortune 500 firms.
