Kendall Selle serves as Senior Manager, Install Base Operations at PayScale which is an industry leader in Compensation Data & Technology. In this role, Kendall provides business continuity insight and strategic direction as an operational partner to both the Customer Success and Renewals teams.
As an initial member of the Customer Success team, Kendall participated in the initial launch of several different Customer Success functions including support, implementation, and services as well as significant expansion, transformation, and re-segementation of the Customer Success teams. In his almost 13 years with the company, Kendall has held several different leadership roles including leading the Large and Enterprise Customer Success team. Prior to his current role, Kendall led PayScale’s Client Solutions function that he re-launched in 2017 to refocus efforts on upselling to existing customers. Kendall holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Carroll College and MBA from Seattle University. When not thinking about PayScale’s customers and compensation data, Kendall enjoys spending time with his wife and too-smart-for-his-own-good labradoodle along the beach in Seattle or hiking & fishing in the mountains of his home state, Montana. |
