Kristin Pankey is the Program Manager for Talent Operations at Remitly, a company transforming the lives of immigrants and their families by providing the most trusted financial service products on the planet. In her current role, she is responsible for all programmatic pieces that live with the recruiting world - vendor management, employer branding, and early in career talent. With a Masters in Applied Experimental Psychology, with a focus on Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Kristin has 10+ years of experience in consulting, employee engagement, analytics, and project/program management.
She is a strong advocate of inclusion, authenticity, and empathy, values that she shares with Remitly. Outside of work, Kristin enjoys traveling, reading, knitting, and has a passion for constant learning. Her day starts with a coffee and ends with a wine, and cooking has become one of her new hobbies.
