Lorena is the Senior Customer Success Manager at CloudScale Corporation, responsible for driving successful implementation and deployment of innovative solutions that improve the way employees work. Lorena has over 10 years’ experience in staffing, sales, sales leadership, change management and project management combined. This experience has given her unique insight into the way her customers work to better understand people and processes.

Lorena passionate about technology and improving how others interact and use technology to enhance their work lives. This has led her to also participating in the work that is being done at MetaSpark Corporation, a company founded by the same leaders as CloudScale Corporation. Customer Success is at the forefront of every decision she makes while working with enterprise customers.
