Mike Rucier is Partner and Vice President at Agralytica, a strategic marketing, business, economic, and policy consultancy established in 1983 in Alexandria, Virginia. Since 1995, Mike has helped U.S. companies, agriculture commodity associations, and others in the food, beverage, and farm sector to define, evaluate, and achieve success with their market development initiatives. This has included a complete range of services from full program management of export development initiatives to project-specific work, strategic planning, program evaluations, meeting facilitation, and research in several key markets around the world. Since joining Agralytica in 2015, much of his work resolves around the company’s Results-Oriented Managements (R-OM) approach. This approach helps groups to define their goals, establish objectives, and create a path for success.
Mike was previously named one of Vance Publishing’s 40 under 40, sat on the Produce Marketing Association’s Technology Subcommittee, and served on the board of directors for the US Agricultural Export Development Council and its meetings committee.
