Tombolo Institute at Bellevue College is one of a kind. When you join us at the Customer Experience Program, you’ll discover a unique, innovative learning  opportunity where you’ll work in small teams to develop your skills to re-imagine how to approach business, while our experts guide you along the way. Our expert faculty will help you combine both creative and analytical ways to solve complex, real-world problems while employing a set of methods and a corresponding mindset that promotes a human-centered look at innovation. Throughout the program, you will learn to understand human behavior in order to generate deep insights, to articulate needs and desires, to develop design solutions, and, finally, to critique and test your solutions in real-work settings.

​Why Customer Experience?

Your Tombolo Institute at Bellevue College Customer Experience Program provides you the differentiating factor. It proves that you have completed all modules, as well as the cumulative Capstone Project. You'll walk away with confidence and your own professional Customer Experience Portfolio.

​Education and Training

Our curriculum is project-based and designed to train and develop your technical and analytical skills, while empowering you with design thinking leadership insights needed to move innovation initiatives forward within your organization. In the Customer Experience Program you will receive hands-on training which will prepare you to ask relevant questions, manage and lead teams, and communicate innovation value to senior management. You’ll also leave with a Professional Customer Experience Capstone Portfolio of tools and resources to apply back at your organization.
