As the manager of the OD function at Parker, Smith & Feek, Piper focuses on helping employees develop the skills they need to create the career they desire. She believes productivity, effectiveness and joy are paramount to a successful employee experience so Piper also works to enhance organizational culture and processes in order to allow employees to do their best work.
Prior to PS&F, Piper worked at Nintendo of America for 14 years with the highlight of that time spent managing the mentoring program. Piper’s expertise includes; delivering innovative learning opportunities, instilling trust and delivering results through custom team initiatives and individual coaching, designing and executing mentoring programs, facilitating leadership development, succession planning, and performance management. Outside of work, Piper loves spending time with her family camping, hiking, biking, walking, and listening to live music. She is an avid reader and has delighted in spending time with her book club since 2003. |
